Find Somewhere Special

Finding your perfect home for the next chapter of your life should be exciting, not a chore. We want to make that a reality for you.

Say goodbye to endless scrolling, confusing listings and weeks of uncertainty as we guide you through the paperwork and into your new home. We know a little stress is unavoidable – it’s a big step, after all – but, over the years, we’ve learnt the best ways to get you moved in without completely disrupting your life.

We don’t do uncertainty. You’ll always know exactly where you are in the process and what your next steps are.

Why BRH?

We know property management and have high standards, so we don’t just rent any old properties.

We partner with ethical, reputable landlords. Together we work hard to provide high-quality, well-maintained homes so you can feel comfortable and secure in your new home from day one.

We’ll support you every step of the way through this exciting new move, from helping you find the perfect property that ticks all your boxes to signing the lease and handling maintenance throughout your tenancy.

From listings to moving day, here’s what to expect.

Move-in day

On the big day, one of our team will meet you at your new home and ask you to sign the check-in inventory (done earlier) and any other outstanding documents.

Finally, we’ll hand you the keys and your tenant pack with all the information you might need.

Once you’re settled in and comfortable, we ask that you download our app and familiarise yourself with the agreement and our Maintenance Mandate.
